Ruts is our hotel restaurant with a menu focusing on local and seasonal ingredients. The menu is very suitable for vegetarians and pescatarians but we also have some local, quality meat on the menu.
Your responsibilities as a Sous Chef:
∙ Menu development
∙ Purchasing
∙ Staff scheduling
∙ Ensuring high quality standards
∙ Overseeing kitchen operations at Ruts
