F&B floor Manager
Hotel Føroyar is looking for a dynamic person to join our team as a floor manager for our meeting & banquet department
Role overview:
As a floor manager you will have the main responsibility of the day-to-day operations of our meeting & banquet department, along with handling various administrative tasks such as scheduling and purchasing.
Your responsibilities as a floor manager:
∙ Purchasing
∙ Scheduling of staff
∙ Ensuring the maintenance of high-quality service standards
Requirements and skills:
∙ You have strong leadership skills and leadership experience
∙ You have financial management skills
∙ You have experience with purchasing and staff scheduling
