Head Chef & Sous Chef for our Hotel Restaurant Ruts
Would you like to join our professional restaurant team as Head Chef or Sous Chef?
Ruts is a green hotel restaurant at Hotel Føroyar with an impressive view over Tórshavn city and fjord. At Ruts we serve two different menus with 6 dishes each; one vegetarian menu and one pescatarian menu.
Your responsibilities as a Head Chef:
· Preparing menus
· Produce purchasing
· Work scheduling
· Ensuring high quality standards
· Taking charge of the kitchen activity all in all
Your responsibilities as a Sous Chef:
· Taking charge of the kitchen activity all in all when the Head Chef is not around
· Ensuring high quality standards
We expect that you:
· Are reliable
· Don't mind working busy hours
· Are considerate and have a can-do attitude
· Are organized and that you have an eye for details
· Are serviceminded and punctual
