Your responsibilities as a Head Chef:

· Produce purchasing
· Work scheduling
· Preparing food for banquets and conferences
· Ensuring high quality standards
· Preparing menus
· Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy

Your responsibilities as a Sous Chef:

· Preparing food for banquets and conferences
· Ensuring high quality standars
· Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy
· Assisting the Head Chef

We expect that you:

· Are reliable, responsible and hard-working
· Don't mind working busy hours
· Are considerate and have a can-do attitude
· Are organized and that you have an eye for details
· Are serviceminded and punctual
